Choosing the right structure for your business is one of the first and most important steps you need to take. If you decide to go down the incorporation route, there are a few to consider.

Firstly, you’ll have to register with Companies House and pay a fee. From there, you’ll have statutory accounts to prepare and file and a corporation tax return to submit to HMRC every year. The admin can really add up.

This sounds like a challenge, you don’t need to do it all by yourself. We’ll help you put the foundations in place to build your company from the ground up. Compliance is a big part of what we do, so we’ll keep a close eye on your corporate accounts and help you meet your liabilities to HMRC. We can update you on the company register and draw up your director’s report.

Once you’ve incorporated, we’ll assist you in setting up your PAYE scheme and registering for VAT if necessary.
